Our studios are spacious self-contained spaces housing everything, that is, the bedroom, living spaces and kitchen, in a single room with a separate bathroom. The maximum capacity is 2 persons.

One-bedroom 

Our one-bedroom units are larger than studios with the bedroom separate and closed off from the living area and kitchen. The maximum capacity is 2 persons. 

Two-bedroom 

With a maximum capacity of four people, our two-bedroom apartments are a good choice for families.

Three-bedroom 

The three-bedroom apartments carry a maximum capacity of five people, and thus, suitable for larger families or groups.

Short-term rentals and long-term rentals

Bookings of less than 30 days are considered short-term rentals, and bookings of at least 30 days are considered long-term rentals. Our rates depend on length of stay and type of accommodation.

Short-term rentals are charged on a per-night basis. If booking directly with us, below are our short-term rental rates. If booking via Reserveport, the rates are slightly higher to account for processing and transaction fees.

Security deposits for short-term rentals are 15% of booking cost when booking directly with us or via Reserve port. For other third-party sites and where applicable, such as Expedia.com, the security deposit (usually referred to as a damage deposit) is 200 USD. 

Long-term rentals are priced and quoted monthly. Security deposits for long-term stays depend on the nature of the lease. Please contact us for a quote.
